Refund policy
Non-Custom (Standard) Items
Returns on non-custom, non-personalized items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be issued for the item price only, less any original shipping costs incurred.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom-made or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in the event of damage during transit or an error made by us.
Approval of customization details or proofs constitutes acceptance of the final product.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Missing Items
Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
No exceptions.

Natural Materials Disclaimer
Because our products are made from real wood, natural variations in grain, color, knots, and texture are normal and expected. These variations are part of the material’s character and are not considered defects.
