Shipping policy

All items, with the exception of custom items, will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Custom items may be delayed 3-5 additional days.

Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight, and location. These costs are displayed during the checkout process, prior to completing the order.

Inclement weather and other such issues may cause regular delays in shipping directly from The Hollow & Hill Co. or in instances when we ship directly from warehouse.
